Fall Farm Tour at Neighbors Farm

We’re an urban farming family that lives, grows, and plays on less than a 1/4 acre in NE Tallahassee. We are a part of the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance. We love being part of the Farm Tour to inspire folks just like us to do what you can with what you have. Space is a little less important if you’re creative. Come dream with us about adding a garden bed or learning a new skill.
We’ll have samples of our weekly offerings. There will be activities for the kids, chickens to feed, and our family ready to welcome you. Our Farm Stand will have produce, seedlings, sourdough products, handmade soap, bread saws, and sweet treats. Everything is made right here by us and our neighbors.
Tools and Techniques for the Home Gardener:
Saturday at 9:30 am
Sunday at 4:00 pm
We use a small number of hand tools and supplies to plant and tend our garden. Whitney will share her favorite products, their uses, and where you can find them.
Walk the Garden with Whit:
Saturday 11 am - 3:00 pm On the hour
Sunday 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 pm
Whitney will meet groups in front of the purple tent on the hour for a short, guided walk through the caterpillar tunnel and our front yard garden rows. Bring on your questions.
