Join us on October 12th, 2024, for an exciting day of soccer exclusively for girls in Region D of Florida! The "Girls in Soccer" program is a one-day event designed to introduce young girls to the beautiful game of soccer.
FYSA (Florida Youth Soccer Association) is hosting this pilot program to inspire and encourage girls in Region D to get active, learn new skills, and experience the joy of playing soccer.
This program is open to all skill levels, whether you're a beginner or have some experience. We aim to create a supportive and fun environment where girls can come together, make new friends, and build their confidence on the field. The program will have all women guest speakers to address nutrition and healthy eating, stretching/injury prevention, and sport psychology. The day will end with on the field fun, food, and sno-cones! The program is completely FREE and door prizes along with a free t-shirt and swag bag will be given out to everyone who attends!
