Comfort in Classic: A Piano Concert Benefitting the Tallahassee Homeschool String Orchestra

Join us for an evening of piano with John Beggs, a two-time winner of the World Championship Old-Time Piano Playing Contest, Junior Division. John plays a variety of music including classical and jazz. John is a homeschool high school senior in his 7th year with Tallahassee Homeschool String Orchestra (THSO) playing upright bass. John is also an accomplished pianist. This is a benefit concert for THSO, a homeschool string orchestra program for students in preschool through high school. It is the only string orchestra program in the Big Bend area serving homeschool families. THSO is a member of Florida Orchestra Association, Florida Music Educator's Association, Florida School Music Association, and National Association for Music Education.

Suggested donation of $10 or $30 for families of 4 or more.
