Build-a-Bouquet Cookie Decorating Workshop by Sweet Magic Bakery

In this workshop, we will use a variety of flower and greenery shaped cookies to create beautiful (and edible) bouquets just in time for Mother's Day! These cookie bouquets would also make the perfect gift for teachers, nurses or anyone you might be celebrating - including yourself!
No experience is required and all supplies are provided! We will guide you step-by-step through the decorating process. We will use a variety of royal icing consistencies and decorating tools, practice piping techniques, and decorate six cookies together. We will explore flooding, piping, wet-on-wet methods, and ways to use royal icing transfers to add dimension and texture to our cookies.
We will assemble our "flowers" into bouquets and package so that they are ready to present to someone special. And, just for fun, we'll have a photo staging area for you to take social media worthy photos of your edible art before you leave! We encourage you to bring your creative spirit and your favorite apron (in case of any icing mishaps).
We have found that most kiddos 10 years old and up are able to follow instructions and keep pace with adults in the class.
