Tallahassee Museum Home School Program K-5: Radical Reptiles

  • Cost: $15 Non-Membes/ $13 Membes

There are a wide variety of organisms within the animal kingdom, one of which being reptiles. Reptiles are divided into four distinct groups: turtles, lizards, crocodilians and snakes. Each one of these possesses its own attributes and evolutionary niche. Some are dangerous, while others aren’t. Even the ones dangerous to humans are an important part of the ecosystem. As the seasons change and it becomes warmer outside, reptiles are going to become more active. Let’s learn about the importance of reptiles.
Please wear close toe shoes and bring a water bottle. Be prepared to spend most of the time outside..

Must preregister online by March 2, 2025.

To avoid distractions, parents may either leave and run errands, or stay on Museum grounds and not with the class once their child has been checked in.
