Redemption Orthodontics is hosting FREE sports physicals and heart screenings for 2026/2027 rising 6th–12th graders.

Families may request a sports physical and/or a heart screening during this back-to-school event. Heart screenings will be provided in partnership with Who We Play For.

Registration/request forms are required in advance.
