Teen Advisory Board Kick Off

Start the school year by joining the Teen Advisory Board! Meet other teens, enjoy refreshments, and learn how you can help shape teen programs and events at the Leon County Public Library while earning volunteer service hours.
Teen Advisory Board members work together to plan programs, recommend ideas, and help promote library events for teens throughout the year.
Responsibilities
Attend bi-monthly TAB meetings every first and third Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m.
Brainstorm ideas for teen programming, including cost, materials and marketing.
Attend at least one teen program each semester (fall, spring and summer) as a representative of the TAB.
Update the teen bulletin board with upcoming events and other content of interest.
