International Observe the Moon Night

Join the Tallahassee Astronomical Society (TAS) for International Observe the Moon Night to view the moon in the Plaza through a variety of telescopes. We'll also have fun hands-on activities and special viewings in the Fogg Planetarium.

Planetarium Shows:

6:15pm - Marvelous Moon (free)
7:15pm - Marvelous Moon (free)
8:15pm - Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon (laser show) (ticketed)
International Observe the Moon Night is a worldwide celebration of lunar science and exploration, celestial observation, and our cultural and personal connections to the Moon. One day each year, everyone on Earth is invited to observe, learn about, and celebrate the Moon together.
