Sourdough Classes in Monticello with Half Acre Wood

We decided to get a little spooky with our sourdough!
In this class, we will teach you how to make this our white rustic sourdough loaf (called our Mopsy Loaf), but with extra scoring technique! We go over everything from start to finish, so beginners are welcome! We will teach you how to feed and maintain your starter, how to make the dough for our white rustic loaf, how to prove, how to shape before baking, and most importantly, we'll dive into decorative scoring!
We do not bake the sourdough dough we prepare in class so that we can focus on all the steps in detail up until baking! We will then have a finished loaf to share with the class, so everyone can taste this yummy sourdough loaf!
Active and dehydrated sourdough starter will be available for purchase at the class at the discounted class rate ($8 for a jar of active starter, and $7 for dehydrated starter with booklet). You can also prepurchase any of our loaves to be delivered to the class!
